Gelly Rollers

Pentel Milky gel rollers were the coolest writing instruments imaginable when I was in 7th grade. I would spend entire class periods drawing on people’s hands. Usually, I would write their name in “cute” lettering and outline the name in alternating colors until it took over the entire back of the hand.

The pens were notorious for the ink drying out, clogging, and separating, which made a beautifully inked up hand all the more illusive and valuable.
